Residential and Commercial Shells
On the residential side we build custom home shells, additions, garages, and accessory structures throughout Palm Beach County. Plans come from your architect or engineer; we build exactly what is drawn and flag anything that will not work in the field before it becomes a change order.
On the commercial side we handle ground-up shells for retail, light industrial, and mixed-use buildings, including structural openings, bearing walls, and the coordination that comes with a commercial inspection schedule.

- Yes. Send the drawings and we review the scope, ask questions, and prepare an estimate against what is actually drawn. If something will not work in the field, we raise it before it becomes a change order.

- We offer permitting and notary support alongside construction, including new construction permits and the Notice of Commencement. Ask about it when you send your plans.
